Keystone Financial Inc. unveils Web site for auto loans

For most car buyers, banks tend to be little more than a name on a loan coupon book.

Keystone Financial Inc. of Harrisburg is hoping to change that with a new Web site and online loan approval system.

For customers, it means that with a few clicks of a computer mouse they can get the skinny on any car on the market, arrange pre-approved financing and calculate their monthly payments.

For Keystone's community banks, which include Pottsville-based Pennsylvania National Bank, it means getting out of the indirect car-loan business altogether.
